India’s Delhi High Court restrains FSSAI from cancelling FMCG major's licence over "100%" labelling claim

The Delhi High Court granted interim protection to a packaged food company against licence cancellation by the FSSAI, which had objected to “100 per cent” claims on its atta product. The High Court held no cancellation decision would be taken pending resolution of jurisdictional questions, listing the matter for further hearing on September 9.
