Bombay High court denies interim relief against FSSAI order over rum labelling

The Bombay High Court has reportedly denied interim relief against an food regulator’s order restricting sales of a rum product in Maharashtra after regulators found external rum flavouring was used without declaring it as flavoured rum. The manufacturer submitted three revised labels proposing compliance changes, while the court deferred further consideration.
